    Hi I’m really nervous about having my carb nite!! I’ve been reading some articles claiming it doesn’t work for women… πŸ™ please help

      Hi! Did you get the book and read about the protocol? Just a little advice, CNS (Carb Nite Solution) is still not an all out thing, especially for us women. Just make sure to stay under 30gr of net carb during your ultra low carb day and for your Carb Nite, stick with almost no fat for the entire night until towards the end. hope this helps.

        Isn’t ULC diet all about fat…

          Yes on ULC is all fat and protein, but on CN you want to keep your fat low so you could utilize more carbs.

            I find it most optimal to have low fat on CN.

            Sweet potatoes, rice congee (porridge), chestnuts, rice muffins, tapioca puff balls, sweet potato starch noodles πŸ™‚

            Yum πŸ™‚ my first one is tomorrow night and I’m severely craving pizza I was thinking of a vegetarian one and then my parents are taking me to a dessert place, will I get fat?

            Hm can’t say much πŸ™‚ This is not a fast weight-loss protocol. You might have to tweak it to suit your needs. And just remember this is a fat loss program.

            I know I’ve lost 15 kilos already on low carb but have had one or two binges and I just want to be able to treat myself without feeling guilty

    interesting stuff! i think my carbs most days are less than 100g …prob in the 65-75g range unless i eat a lot of squash or fruit on that particular day. i am cooking a turkey and making a raw cranberry relish and my parents are making the side dishes πŸ™‚ i have to go to work for a bit too on friday to take care of some cell work.
