So we’re approaching the end of year 2011 and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for those who’ve been reading my blog and following me either on Twitter or Facebook. 🙂

What I’d like to say this year 2011 was quite tough for both Hubby and I but I wouldn’t say it was unbearable. There were some good things that happened as well.

So what happened in the year 2011?

1. I started off my sort of Paleo/Primal journey

2. My BIL (brother-in-law), Hubby K’s youngest brother got married in the beginning of this year and they’re already expecting their first kid! 🙂

3. Both Hubby and I lost our job in the same week.

4. I did my first Whole30 and LOVED it!

This marked that I’ve officially hopped on Paleo bandwagon for good. 🙂

5. Attended the awesome 2011 Ancestral Health Symposium and met up with some great Paleo minded bloggers such as Nom Nom Paleo, Melicious and listening to these Paleo talks! 🙂

6. Went to a 7 Day Alaskan Cruise and still kept eating clean Paleo plus working out

7. And I got a job RIGHT AFTER the cruise and Hubby K did as well 2 weeks after I did. Granted now I have a 3 hour commute everyday but so far I’ve handled it quite ok..I think.

Also not to mention, I’ve “met” wonderful people thru this blog as well…and you all know who you are 🙂

So overall, 2011 wasn’t too bad. One thing that I am quite happy is I’ve been pretty consistent with my workout regardless the whacky work schedule and commute that I have now.

Now here comes the year 2012. Usually people are gearing towards new year with their new resolutions, goals etc. Well technically I don’t really have specific resolutions whatsoever but for sure I do want to keep my healthy lifestyle the way I am now. Working out consistently, sleep well, minimize stress and eat clean & nutritious food, last but not least I want to ENJOY LIFE to its fullest!
