    Mmmmmmm, this looks nice! I’ve never heard of that soup! Do you know where the name comes from? The combination of ingredients also sounds a little unuals but very intriguing!

      From the original recipe, albondigas means meatball in spanish. It’s really good hearty soup and I could see making this over and over again when doing batch cooking :D
