Heey everyone, thank you for all the good wishes on my last post! I won’t really post long for today so I just briefly showed how my eats for the past 2 days.

Breakfast/post workout meal were the usual fried eggs and sweet potato (this time it was half baked..so the center was still a bit…crunchy..*ahem*)

But today’s breakfast was a bit different since I had to go to another interview in the morning. No workout today at all. So glad Sophia’s Jerky Chews saved me from being starving! That’s why it’s called Sophia’s Survival Food! πŸ˜€

First time trying the spicy one and it was good although I had to be careful swallowing it so it won’t go to the wrong side πŸ˜›

Plus I also packed some of Dark Chocolate Almond Bars

It turned out today was pretty interesting. One interview then another one on the phone with another potential employer. Plus I had some other appointment (not job related) to go later in the evening. By the time I was done with everything, the day was over! *sigh*

Lunches and dinners were the typical Jos’s Style – steamed greens, some protein and avocado πŸ˜€

Overall this week I technically had 3 interviews with different employers (2 in person, 1 on the phone). One thing, no money talk as yet. Seriously all of these started RIGHT after I revised my resume a bit earlier this week. Whoa, who knows just a little touch up I could start getting all of the calls, huh? Now I felt a bit stupid for not doing this much earlier!

Anyway enough boring talk. For those in the US, have a safe long weekend everyone!
