Today was an easy breezy day for both me (figure of speech) and Southern California weather (literally speaking). Well remember I cooked a bunch of stuff couple days ago? Gotta love those left overs which left me spent minimal time in the kitchen (besides washing the dishes, steamed some veggies and reheated the food).
I had a great morning workout, one of older Bodyrock.tv workout which I didn’t even dare to attempt before because it has one scary move: One Leg Squat! Since I’ve been practicing it for quite sometime unassisted, it’s time to conquer my own fear and suck it up! Surely made me feel good after finishing the entire thing!
This effort was worth a reward of baked purple yam and 3 hard boiled eggs drizzled with Coconut Aminos as breakfast/post workout meal.
Lunch was just reheating whatever I had: cooked ground beef seasoned with homemade taco seasonings, steamed veggies, chopped whole avocado, Lemon Grass Tomato Beef Stew and last piece of Southeast Asian Chicken Satay.
And I had some strawberries and 1 yellow nectarine as afternoon dessert.
Btw I had another phone interview today at late afternoon from another place. The person called 30 minutes later than the promised time, and I almost gave up that he might not calling. How it went? Eh, I got a feeling I might not even someone they want…but I keep my fingers crossed.
Dinner was pretty similar to lunch, but minus the ground beef and chicken. I added some Coconut Chips to give more crunch also some sauerkraut.

How many times can you have exact same dish?
