This post might come off a bit odd as my typical ones but I just have to put it up. 🙂

So you wonder about the title of the post? Well let’s just say today I declared it as a burpee day because I think I did at least 110 burpees for the day.

As some of you know, I am currently doing 50 Burpees per day for 50 Days Challenge and currently I’m on Day 18. If you don’t know what’s burpee, here’s the video:

I wish I could be as smooth and light as he does.That’ll be my goal at Day 50.

So afterward I did a morning workout from Bodyrock.tv which has LOTS of burpees!

And then….she’s BACK!

If you don’t know her, she’s Zuzana Light, a former Bodyrock.tv host, the one that inspires me to start working out at home and get in shape. Long story short, she disappeared for quite a while from Bodyrock.tv and today she just posted her first workout video on her own YouTube channel.

I was so excited and couldn’t wait to go back home to do her new workout. It was one hella workout and has MORE BURPEES! Gosh I haven’t felt this much excitement of working out again ever since she disappeared from Bodyrock.tv. It’s quite strange even for me to actually miss someone whom I don’t know personally, heck I’ve never even met her in person! All I know about her is whatever that I’ve seen on the videos for all this time. For some reason, she just has that charisma as a fitness inspiration and motivator. I can’t say that I’m her fanatic fan because I still do some Bodyrock.tv newer workouts with the new hosts, but at the same time, there’s something missing and I can’t even explain it.

So anyway today was one hella burpee day all kudos to Zuzana for coming back being a workout host and this time she’s on her own.

I promise I’ll be back to my regular post programming tomorrow 🙂
