Back to My Typical Day
After 2-3 days of no proper exercise and eats, today I did a workout that I was planning to do when I was in the hotel. Little did I know that after about 8 hours of being sedentary and lack of sleep and food, I just couldn’t do it. But I’d say I’m so glad I attended the first Ancestral Health Symposium because it just convinced me to stay on whatever I am doing now plus I got a little extra knowledge beyond what I’ve been reading from books and blogs. Plus I noticed a lot of folks attended the seminar were either have some science background or fitness enthusiasts. A lot of them are in a pretty good shape as well!
In case you missed it, here’s my Day 1 & Day 2 recaps. Of course my recaps can’t be compared to other smart-ass Paleo bloggers and Fitbomb is one of them. Read his AHS post for more informative post other than my haphazard one.
Ok let’s move on. I was so glad I could back enjoying my typical breakfast/post WO meal of protein and sweet potato.
Lunch was leftover Five Spice Apple Braised Whole Chicken with steamed greens, hard boiled egg and avocado. Gosh, I missed my avocados!!
The usual one fruit mid afternoon – this time I had a yellow peach.
For dinner, I made stir-fry kelp noodles, pretty similar to my Stir-Fry “Vermicelli” Noodles. This time I used chopped green beans, grated carrots using the julienne peeler, 2 diced tomato and beef.
Dinner was super yummylicious!
Phew it’s good to be back on the typical schedule.

There’s nothing better than being back to your own bed, kitchen, and food. 🙂
