It feels good when I started my day with a balanced meal

Even though they’re mostly repeat dishes like Roasted Curried Cauliflower and Baked Chicken Leg with Caramelized Shallots.

It feels good that I didn’t neglect my cravings for some gluten free bread I got last time and my favorite purple yam.

It feels good that I know I still have plenty of healthy food for lunch

It feels good to make a batch of Easy Oven Fried Taro Fries, one of my favorite way preparing root vegetables.

It feels good that I didn’t have to spend extra $$ to buy more strawberries at Farmer’s Market today cause I still have plenty!

It feels good that I finished ONE PAGE of my online work samples website and figured out how to implement the function! 😀

It feels good to take a rest day from working out, but it feels EVEN BETTER when I finally figured out how to do high knees jump rope when I was practicing today. *woot!*

It feels good knowing what I’m going to have for dinner later!
