    Both your chicken and fish dish look great! When I steam fish, I usually just buy fillet rather than the whole fish as neither hubby nor I eat the head or tail. I’d rather not waste food. If we are over at my parents’ they will steam a whole fish as they enjoy the head and tail. I love blood oranges.

      I eat the tail and K eats the head so in the end nothing got wasted 😀 I’ve never tried making steam fish from fillet. Parents said it won’t taste as good as the whole fish?

    I’ve never had a bloody orange before, but I’m definitely interested! I love oranges and the deep red color is so pretty!

      It tastes just regular orange for me and I agree the deep red color look pretty
