    I had a time where I liked collecting jars, but my mom didn’t like it because we really didn’t have a place to put it.
    I would LIKE to be able to throw more things out, but again (mom…) ..Yeah ๐Ÿ˜€

    I love the taco chicken! Which reminds me to make my own taco seasoning as well :). I have waayyy to many glass jars hidden at various corners of my kitchen, it’s kinda embarrassing… but I just couldn’t bring myself to throw them away! You are definitely not alone there.
    And loose leaf > tea bag all the way!

    My new (old) pressure cooker is definitely a new favorite! I’ve cooked brown rice with it this weekend for the first time, and it didn’t give me stomach pain! Looking forward to do more with it now! Oh, and of course I also love my blender! And my skillet. ๐Ÿ™‚

    weekends are super busy for us as most of our errands are done those days. also trying to spend as much family time with the kids as possible. not to mention, trying to have a social life after kids and getting together with friends for dinner. weekends really need to be 3 days, 2 is just not enough. all your dishes sound lovely, but i’d have to say my favorite would be the basil chicken.
