Hey everyone!

Just want to do a little quick post here.

So it’s already mid November and here we are having a 90°F weather in SoCal. Can you imagine, Summer in November in the US?

Speaking of which, this whacky weather finally took a little toll on me. You know this strong warrior hasn’t caught any cold last year at all but not this time. I am not saying that I’m completely taken down by the cold but I could feel that it’s lingering in my throat.

Well that’s what happened when you’ve been bombarded with an insane workpace for the past 2 weeks and being surrounded with sick people for the entire 8+ hour for 5 days.

My remedy?

The usual warm homemade bone broth and sipping warm water with freshly squeezed lemon juice (no sweetener added).

On top of that, I’ve been having this pounding headache in the morning. But it usually goes away after a good workout, just like today.
