    Interesting you mention supplements! I’ve just started to supplement vitamins, minerals, and omega 3 regularly, and I feel a lot more energized and well. I think I’ll keep this up. 🙂

    I take the Green Pastures Cod liver oil capsules. I read on that you need to take ten of them to get the daily amount of vitamin A,D and omega 3. I can only afford to take 2.

    i take trader joes calcium with magnesium + VIT D, nordic naturals fish oil (1-2 capsules daily depending on how much fatty fish or hemp i’m eating that day) and 2 jarrow probiotic acidoph. capsules upon waking since i don’t eat any dairy.
