I won’t bore you guys with my Paleo eats of the week so I just give you the entire overview of my eats of the week.

It’s been pretty quiet here lately, which is understandable since I haven’t really cooked any new recipes and Hubby K mostly just cooked anything that simple and quick (ground beef dishes, chicken fillet etc). We’re still trying to get on our groove on our new schedule and hopefully slowly this blog will have some recipe posts like before. 🙂

Anyway, yesterday we went out to have Thai food for dinner at Sweetee Thai Cuisine.

We’ve been to this place a couple times before and we haven’t had Thai food for a while. And of course it’s pretty tough to stay Paleo while dining in Thai food, especially our favorite Thai food dish are carb-loaded. But I didn’t sweat it since I felt like to derail a bit from Paleo bandwagon.

I ordered this Green Curry with beef – no rice

Our favorite dishes are usually these two:
Pad-Thai noodles with chicken (minus peanuts and tofu)

Pad-See Ew with beef and extra noodles
