    Hi Jos. The great thing about the Primal Blueprint is that it is not strict. There is no such thing as strict primal, although some people need to act like there is. Usually they are very overweight or have a serious illness or just need that kind of structure. I agree, live life to the fullest. Mark feels that way too.

    Looks like you’ve been doing a lot of cooking. Great job with all the dishes, looks lovely. I don’t follow a strict diet at all I eat what I eat, when I want to eat it. Those foods that I don’t eat are because I don’t like to eat them, not because of any diet. Everything in moderation 😀

      Thank you! I usually try to cook a lot at one time so I can pack them for the next day. Yup, everything in moderation is a good approach 🙂
