Treats and Cheats
Ok I admit it. I’ve been indulging quite a bit lately..
It started off with these yummy Almond Butter Dark Chocolate Cups that I made by melting 100% Chocolate Baking Squares mixed with coconut butter and filled with almond butter… SO GOOD!
Then I was munching on Steve’s Original Paleo Krunch Bar (dang, I gotta start making these myself! The shipping cost just a bit too much for me to afford)
Plus I made Coconut macaroons courtesy of Make It Paleo cookbook recipe.
They were a bit burnt blame it to my carelessness not taking it out on time. Still yummy though. I cut down the amount of the sweetener a bit.
Well that being said, I didn’t inhale the entire thing in one sitting. Oh well maybe except for the Krunch Bar (that thing seriously reminds me a lot of those granola bars!!). Even for someone like me who don’t have sweet tooth, once in a blue moon, I do enjoy having these treats (or cheats if you’d like to say it)
But then again, I can always come back to my regular clean eating
Life is too short. Gotta enjoy some treats once in a while, just be mindful about it! 🙂

Hi I just found your blog through a comment I think you left on the bodyrock tv site. Â Anyhow I was just interested if you only do the bodyrock tv workouts or you do other things aswell and do you only workout from home?
Yes I only do Bodyrock.tv workouts majority of time..once in a while I do some strength training on my own
