Just when I thought summer is almost over, apparently today was another hot day! But that didn’t stop me from working out in the morning. A short interval workout and followed with 15 minute strength training.

Post workout meal – the usual (protein and safe starch)

For lunch I made Orange Glazed Chicken Bell Peppers which turned out super yummy and fantastic! It was so good that I made an effort to pretty up the set up and took TONS of pictures of the dish! 😀

Apparently, my bad luck with unripe avocado hasn’t gone yet. Today was the worst! This avocado was totally unripe!

Do you always try to pretty up your dish for picture taking?
Usually I don’t bother too much, but if the dish turned out good and depending on my mood, I’ll try to dress it up a bit for picture purposes.
