Whole30: Day 9 in Visual
Too lazy to type stuff just cut to the chase: Whole30 Day 9 Food porn!
Breakfast/post morning workout meal
Left over Dukka inspired chicken breasts, mixed stir fry veggies and purple yam
Lunch
Big ass plate of bunch of veggies,The C Seasonings Chicken breasts, chopped of whole avocado (miss it SO MUCH!) and the remaining baked yucca chips, which were now too dry – I felt like biting into a piece of dry plywood!
Preparing some marinate for tomorrow’s meal (will post recipe if succeeded)
Dinner was another solo one so I just made a batch of Roasted Curried Cauliflower paired with whatever leftover from lunch plus chopped avocado.
Since I got some strawberries and yellow nectarines from Farmer’s Market this morning, I decided to “treat” myself a bit.
Whole30: Day 9 – It’s nice that my favorite food groove (roasted curried cauliflower) is Whole30 Approved!

Why do you “miss” it, you are not allowed to eat it as often as possible? I have no no-paleo approved stuff at home now, so I am doing great, I just need to go and buy eggs today, cause yesterday I bought EVERYTHING except for eggs, I only had 2 which I used for todays breakfast 🙂 I bought a HUGE and relatively cheap cauliflower yesterday, so there is gonna be a curried roasted cauli for me too, thinking about getting another one, I love that thing and next week is gonna be LONG (work again) :-/
And – great job on being on day 9 already, time is SO FAST! 🙂
