Happy Monday and for those in the US, aren’t you excited that this weekend will be a long weekend (4th of July Independence Day Celebration). Any BBQ/party plans? I know it’s only Monday and I’m already talking about weekend..hah!

I’m still taking a day off from an actual workout and just did some yoga stretching just to keep myself moving.

Btw, guess what? Today my breakfast didn’t involved any eggs! I actually cooked something.
Chicken breast cooked with Balsamic Vinegar reduction with zucchini noodles topped with Asian “Peanut” Sauce ๐Ÿ˜€

And I was searching and applying for jobs online. I submitted to a couple of places (some are recruiters) so we’ll see how things turn out. By afternoon, I didn’t feel like cooking anything and both Hubby K and I headed up to Korean Garden BBQ.

All You Can Eat Korean BBQ for $9.99/person! Plus according to their website and also their Facebook, they serve 100% Grass Fed Beef! Woot! I was super happy when I found out this place couple weeks back and had been planning to come here. I told Hubby K that we’d go to this place after I finished my website, and today was the perfect day.

We ordered Set A (which is the only qualified All-You-Can Eat for $9.99) and told them we don’t eat pork. So this was what we got – a plate of full beef brisket, which we asked to be refilled 2 times (total 3 plates of beef briskets)

ready to be cooked on the grill in front of us

Plus the usual Korean side dishes (“banchan“)

Which mostly Hubby K had. I had their salad- yes I’m aware that it has soy sauce (forgot to ask them to hold the dressings) but just a little bit won’t kill me

Veggies and meat - YUMM!

I noticed the waitress uniform was the exact same shirt that I got a while back from New York & Co!

LOL good thing I wasn’t wearing that shirt, huh? Would it be funny if that was the case?

After lunch, we walked to Zion Market, which located in the same plaza and I discovered Kelp Noodles!

Holy Crap! It’s actually MUCH CHEAPER than Whole Foods to the boot! This package is 1 kg (roughly about 2lbs) and costs about $4.99 (on sale- regular price is $5.99- but still)..compared to the one that sells at Whole Foods – 1 lbs already costs around $4-$6. Sometimes you can find this little gems at Asian stores, so don’t dismiss them just yet just because they don’t carry gourmet grass fed beef/pastured chicken/pork/wild caught fish as Whole Foods and any other American health stores! ๐Ÿ˜€

And I had those as my dinner – raw kelp noodles topped with pan fry chicken, veggies and tomatoes. YUM! Cold dish!

Have you seen others wearing the exact same outfit as you do?
