Hello everyone! Phew, it feels like it’s been forever I haven’t posted, although I did some mini posts couple days ago (in case you’re interested click here, here and here).

I’ve been pretty busy with my work search related stuff lately and now I’m finally could say: I’VE FINISHED THE SITE! I was super happy and now finally I could actively search for a real job! Fingers crossed, as I know how the economy situation is now. I might not find the job that I want right away, but maybe I shouldn’t be too picky either? So I did actually send out my resume, updated my job search profile, stuff like that.

Ok enough those talks..I’m sure you wonder how I am keeping up with eating squeaky clean Paleo, right? Eh, as my focus was on the other matter, my eating department kinda took a toll, lately. Meaning, my eats have been pretty similar from one day to another.

You don’t believe me? Well these pictures will speak for themselves.

So breakfasts have been something like these (Btw thanks for all your sweet comments regarding my Sweet Potato Omelet :D)

Yesterday was no exception either – another omelet – or I’d prefer to call it Pizza Omelet 😀 (basically I put chopped tomatoes and seasoned with my homemade Fox Point Seasoning) – served with Roasted Curried Cauliflower and avocado.

Today was another omelet – yeah I know..BUT I served them with these carrot “noodles” drizzled with Balsamic Vinegar reduction 😀

I love my new toy – the julienne peeler! 😀

Please, please, please DO NOT buy this online! Go to your local Asian store and you can get this baby for only $1 (vs. $8-$15 from Amazon!) I bought this at 99 Ranch Market in my neighborhood, but I’m sure you can find this anywhere.

I’ve been itching to get this peeler to make my own zucchini noodles, but seeing it being $8-$15 online just put me off. So when I saw this at the market, I was dancing in joy *figuratively speaking*. So I got my zucchini noodles for my lunch today – topped with my homemade Asian “peanut” sauce

A nice little change from the past 3 days lunches that I’ve been having.

Oh wait, yesterday lunch wasn’t bad either! I had steaks (for lunch and dinner). I’ve never cooked steaks before so it was my first time. I don’t like bloody steaks so mine were all well done. It might be a bit overcooked, but still taste yummy, especially I used my “Tobacco” Spice Rub Seasonings 😀

I don’t have dinner pics as either I skipped it or I just had exactly same thing as my lunch. As I’m typing this, I am still stuffed from my lunch – apparently from those rich “peanut” sauce that I made. I might have something light or else I’ll be super starving later tonight.

My workout has been a little slack as well. I didn’t really have a real workout yesterday (just some stretching) and probably I’ll skip today as well. Guess what, I think my Friday workout made my lower back pain hurt…again! Argh, I gotta pay more attention to this matter. It’s no fun to have this lower back pain again. Hopefully it’ll go away just like last time.

Anyway, have a good the rest of the weekend.
