    That salmon looks great and the sauce sounds yummy. I love avocados, but have never tried avocado oil before. Sorry about your indigestion. Hope you’re feeling better now. I probably would’ve eaten that whole bag of coconut butter also. Have a great weekend!

      Avocado oil doesn’t have any taste to it..it’s just a healthier high smoking point cooking oil compared to vegetable/soybean oil. My indigestion only lasted that night..thank goodness 🙂 Have a good weekend to you as well!
