Short and Sweet
Morning workout: DONE – which also means I’m done with this week workout that I’ve planned. I’m quite proud at myself that I could stick to my own workout schedule.
Breakfast/Post Workout Meal: Over well fried eggs (I finally learned more about fried egg terms other than the usual sunny side up, over easy, omelet thank to this post!) seasoned with Sunny Herb Seasonings (can you tell I’m really digging this seasoning mix?) and chipotle pepper powder and half baked Japanese yam.
Of course I drank lots of loose leaf tea along with my breakfast.
Since I still had some antelope meatloaf left over from yesterday, I just cooked up some veggies such as roasted bell peppers, roasted carrots and steamed Chinese greens.
Oh gosh, roasted carrots ARE YUMMY! I think this gonna be another staple roasted root veggies for me 😀
For dinner I just made a rotisserie chicken seasoned with Taco Seasonings (courtesy of The Food Lovers Primal Palate). We still had some veggies left from lunch so no need to cook extra.
Just added a whole avocado, my dinner was more than ready!
Simple dishes and yummy to my tummy. Home cooked meals RULE!!
Now if you’d excuse me, I’m gonna enjoy watching my used-to-be favorite anime (Japanese animation) while munching some macadamia nuts.
Good night and have a good weekend!
Are you discipline enough to stick with your own agenda?
Usually I don’t, but this week I think I’m pretty good sticking with my workout agenda.

Mmmh, your eggs and the seasoning look wonderful! I also your roasted carrots – that way of cutting them is my favorite, next to tagliatelle. I think I’m quite good with sticking to my working agenda, but not my workou agenda. 🙂
mmm i love all kinds of roasted root veg! i am narrowly avoiding irene, i think we’re ok just some rain 🙂 i’m pretty disciplined at sticking to my agenda for the week. i got my buns handed to me today though during kickboxing..my god it was so hard! the lead instructor taught it and he loves to break us down till we’re nearly crying haha!
