Wishful Thinking
I was hoping to keep up with my Whole30 as much as possible, but unfortunately it didn’t quite happen because yesterday I found out this:
YIKES! Good thing I caught it on time. I bought this a month back prior my Whole30 challenge and put it in my freezer, thinking that I’d have it until I finished my Whole30. Well, bad move. I shouldn’t freeze it at all because now it became all so watery and looked grossed.
Regardless I still ate it along with the plum. It still has its creaminess but just not the same. *sigh*
Next time I should just take it out from the freezer when I’m about to consume it so at least I still get to enjoy some kind of frozen yogurt, right? 😀
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not fret about not keeping it Whole30 compliant. Besides, I do enjoy occasional dairy.

I think if you don’t have dairy intolerance, having it occasionally isn’t a problem at all. However, I can totally relate to your wish to go for the “really” clean way (that’s why I also move towards Paleo again, after having tried Primal eating and nourishing brown rice and legumes à la Sally Fallon). For me, food intolerances also play a big role, and this is why I currently think about throwing out cream again. I just have to get used to much more fat with my cooking …
