I can’t believe how much that cauliflower looks just like rice? It really looks delicious. Thank you for the wonderful recipe – I can’t wait to try it.

I wish you and your family a fantastic holiday season Jos. I’m so glad he is doing better! And I hope he realizes what a fantastic, devoted sister he has!

That’s so nice of you to do that for your parents! They’ll love it for sure šŸ™‚

Does the califlower actually taste like rice? (it could be made raw, so I’m curious if it has the “rice” taste) Stir fries – you’re so Asian right there šŸ™‚ I’m okay with them, but I prefer rice and miso soup more lol

Good luck on your big plan! Hope to see the change soon!

Cauliflower still tastes like cauliflower (according to my mom) šŸ˜€ I think only the look makes it look like rice (white etc – but on the healthy side of course)

And yes I’m so proud of being Asian loving stir fries..but I also love soups as well (watery type, not creamy)

I love trying different recipes from other bloggers. Your 3 dishes look great, but the last one has me drooling. I’m a big eggplant fan, but hubby hates them so I don’t make them much.

Your gift to your parents was very sweet and thoughtful. Hope you and your family have a happy holiday and a very merry Christmas!
