    Hi Jos,

I’ve learned from many past experiences that food doesn’t always have to look good to taste good. Your baked chicken sounds wonderful. I’m always in awe of all the dishes you have time to make AND blog about them too. Your soup looks yummy. I love vegetarian soups.

If it looks like the type of recipe that I can play around with, without messing it up too much then I will do it. I am not the most experienced in the kitchen (I’ve mostly cooked for myself or my family, and we always eat the same things). So if I’m trying something brand new then I get a little intimidated.

Oh, and splitting chores? I wish! I live alone…I have to do all the cooking and cleaning!
