    Tea eggs are the BEST! Simple, nutritious, convenient, and delicious! My mom always uses old/leftover tea leaves to make them, to get some uses out of the bottom of the tea jar. Also, adding just a couple sichuan peppercorns can really add a kick to the flavors!

    I also just went to watch HP 7, but it was still crowded … I agree with you on the semi-nude scene. I’m not a big fan of things like that. Otherwise, I really liked the movie. πŸ™‚

    The tea infused eggs look fantastic. I’m going to have give those a try. How did you like Zuzanna’s coconut crusted chicken fingers? I made those a few weeks ago and LOVED them. The coconut was a nice touch.

    Thanks for sharing your lovely recipes, Jos. I think I’ve had those tea eggs before, but never knew how they were made – so simple :-D. Hubby and I used to stop getting each other bday and Xmas gifts too, but since the kiddies, we’re back to gift giving. It makes it so much more fun for the children. Hope you had a merry Christmas.     Yum yum lots of eats! What was your favorite? And you don’t like mayo? What do you use for a recipe that calls for it?

      Yup, it’s Chinese thing πŸ™‚ My favorite is the eggplant stir fry – I love mixed veggies stir fry.

      I usually don’t make any recipes that call for mayo..maybe I should give vegan style mayo a try (homemade though, not vegenaise- too much chemical stuff imho)

      In N Out is ok..just like typical burger..the only good thing is they’re freshly made, not frozen. The fries are also made from real potatoes, unlike McD.
